August ’22 at Grayhaven ♡

Happy August!
Hope your summer has been refreshing and fun so far. There are some lovely summer weeks left yet, and plenty of fun in the sun to still be had here in the Finger Lakes.

We have a handful of rooms available Labor Day weekend, hope you’ll come for a visit and catch the tail end of this lovely season!

Hiking and swimming at Robert H. Treman State Park is a favorite of all! This gorgeous state park is exactly one half mile from Grayhaven, only one minute door to door!

Have you tried stand-up paddle boards on Cayuga Lake yet? How about yoga on a SUP board? If that sounds interesting, learn more and sign up to head out for some SUP Yoga on a Sunday evening through Ithaca’s local company Paddle-N-More. What a great excuse to stay through Sunday night!

Treat yourself to a tour at the Cornell Botanic Gardens. These fantastic gardens can be experienced all year-round, and the neighboring arboretum is a vast wonderland you could spend hours exploring in any season. Wander through wooded trails on foot, hang in the gazebo over the turtle pond, bring a picnic and park yourselves anywhere.
This free-of-charge delight (across the road from the botanic garden welcome center) is one of our favorite treasures in town.  Paved driving paths throughout makes getting around very accessible, please visit their website for more helpful accessibility info!

Keep your eye on our instagram account; there are always fun motel additions to keep up-to-date on!
