May ’25 @ Grayhaven Motel

Happy May Day dear friends. This month marks the start of our tourist season, and we’re excited to welcome visitors to Grayhaven Motel and the Finger Lakes! This month also sees the return of our Sunday and Wednesday Farmer’s Markets, Ithaca Bike Rentals, and our favorite Cayuga Lake Boat Cruises, Charters and Education Programs!

There are so many activities to enjoy as we embrace warmer weather, and happily move into Ice Cream Season. Here at Grayhaven we are excited to pick up our spring + summer plants, and can’t wait to share our gardens + trails with you! Late May is a great time to visit the area. Consider visiting us for Memorial Day, maybe even add Tuesday and Wednesday nights and put our Mid-Week Traveler package to use ♡

Remember, our lounge, patio, and gardens are open to the community during office hours. Feel free to stop by, soak in the atmosphere, and even enjoy a drink from our reception desk / bar!

Thursday, May 1st: Bound Screening & Q+A w/ Susie Bright! (6:30 PM – 10:30 PM)

Tonight we’ll be screening the iconic film “Bound” by the Wachowski Sisters, followed by a conversation with the film’s co-writer and consultant, the legendary Susie Bright! Susie will present a screening of Bound with behind the scenes insights and commentary; and entertain your questions about the legacy of the film.

Friday, May 2nd: Gallery Night Opening w/ Live Music

Please join us in the Lounge for an opening reception of Stahl Caso’s work,  accompanied by a sound performance with Mound of Glass featuring Seven Caso and Weston Czerkies. “Mound of Glass is a noise duo, offering “A well composed scene of beautiful vulgarity. Stolen sounds captured onto tape, feedback, and junk noise, nightmare ambience…”  Show will be up and viewable daily for the entire month, during Grayhaven Motel office hours.

Celebrate Your Graduate w/ Cake + Champage
