Welcome to the Main House! It hosts our reception desk and bar, guest lounge, porch, and three guest rooms preserved from Grayhaven’s original tourist home days. The lounge is a favorite for community gatherings, relaxing with morning coffee, and cozying up by the wood stove with a good book.

Spacious rooms and historic charm. Take a peek inside our Carriage House queen room. We believe a great getaway starts with an incredible night’s sleep, which is why we’ve outfitted our beds with the finest USA-made Union linens by Thomaston Mills and heirloom-quality wool blankets from Faribault Mill. Look closely and you’ll also spot the original artwork on our walls, curated to make each space unique. Unplug from the noise, but stay connected where it counts with Conway Electric power chargers and premium sound machines by Yogasleep. Your perfect Finger Lakes retreat is waiting for you right here in Ithaca.
