Located on the first floor of the Carriage House, this large King suite boasts a separate bedroom, living room with a day bed, well-equipped kitchenette and private bathroom with tub / shower combo. The day bed can sleep a third person or child. A hair dryer, iron, ironing board, central heat + air conditioning, sound machine, made in USA linens and towels, natural bath products, complimentary Wifi, and an alarm clock radio are also standard.
We are an old school motel experience with ground level rooms that have doors directly to the outside. This room is located on the first floor of the carriage house and does have a room above it. You may hear people walking above you, or the occasional door opening or closing.
The kitchenette is stocked with dishes, glassware, water kettle, french press, microwave, small refrigerator with freezer, and counter top oven
There is a television with Prime TV + Amazon firestick for you to log into your own Netflix, HBO, ESPN, etc. accounts. There is NOT traditional cable.
Rate Range: $139 – $365
The first number in the range represents the lowest midweek off-season rate and the second number represents the highest weekend high season rate. These rates are subject to change. Please note that some holidays + event dates have higher rates than the numbers published here.

In the winter cozy up to the wood-burning stove in our guest lounge, or take a winter walk on one of our trails. In the summer make use of all 11 acres, lawn games, and our outdoor grills and fire pits. Drive down the road to one of many amazing State Parks, restaurants, wineries, or museums.
Wildlife mostly keeps to the back 9-acres, but occasionally you’ll find a toad out for an evening stroll, a chipmunk scurrying across the yard, an errant grasshopper or cricket trying to make their way in your room, or a snake sunning itself in the driveway. Beer, wine, coffee, soft drinks and snacks are available year-round from our reception desk/bar in the Main House. Text an order to your room or stop by in person during office hours.

Wine, beer and snacks can be added through the booking form and will be waiting in your room at check-in. Orders can also be easily placed for contactless delivery throughout your stay. PROPERTY AMENITIES:
Our minimum stay requirement is typically two nights. Some holidays and event dates have a three night minimum stay requirement. On the occasion that a single night becomes available it is opened for booking online. Feel free to reach out as dates approach if you are looking for something specific.
