When you book the Grayhaven Motel campus for an event you are booking private access to our fourteen acre property. Our Reception / Bar , Guest Lounge , Patio , “Camp” area, Woodland Chapel, and other communal areas are available exclusively for your guests. Our location is fun, laidback, and somewhat rustic. Think Wes Anderson, meets Schitts Creek, meets the Great Outdoors. Sounds like fun, doesn’t it?
We can accommodate 50 overnight guests and have ample indoor and outdoor event and meeting space. You’ll find a great overview of what booking the entire property looks like HERE. Contact us if you’re interested in reserving certain dates or hosting a retreat or event with us. Private meetings, parties, BBQ’s and catering events are also available.
Food & Beverage Services
Our reception bar offers a variety of regional beverages, including soft drinks, coffee, tea, beer, wine, and cider. We’re also happy to provide a list of preferred caterers to help you plan your gathering. If you prefer a full-service experience, we can arrange catering for breakfast, lunch, or dinner for your group. A service charge of 15% of the total catering cost applies for this service.
Alcohol & Bar Policies
We have a selection of local and regional beer, wine, and cider available for purchase at our on-premise bar. We can also arrange an “open bar” package for your guests at designated times. For special orders, please let us know in advance.
Please note: All alcohol consumed on the premises must be purchased from our bar. BYOB is not permitted. If you wish to serve hard liquor, a proper event liquor license is required. Most caterers can provide this license, or we can recommend a local lawyer who can assist you.

We have two meeting space on property, the Patio + Pine Porch, that can be rented for dinners, meetings, and a variety of other gatherings. More information is provided about these spaces below.

Patio
Our lovely patio overlooks the stunning Inlet Valley, a haven for bird watching, glorious sunrises, and a magical place for events. Fully furnished in vintage wrought iron, the patio is available for a 4 hour rental period daily and provides seating for 50 guests, 75-100 cocktail party. Patio guests have convenient access to our Reception / Bar and rest rooms in the Main House.

Pine Porch
The retro and fun Pine Porch is surrounded on three sides with large windows, and located off the Guest Lounge on the north side of the Main House. It is available for a 4 hour rental period (11am-7:30pm) daily. Accommodates 16 dining, 25 cocktail party. Pine porch rental includes use of the Garden Deck. Please reach out via email if you are interested in a rental that is extends beyond the hours listed.
